The hulls are durable and do not conduct or reflect heat as much as synthetic filling.
They are great as an alternative for a feather pillow for those allergy sufferers.
The insert has a Velcro opening so you can adjust the amount of filling to suit yourself. People with neck pain tend to need less filling.
The pillowcase is removable & washable
