My name is Timothy Ling. I am a Physiotherapist and APA member. I have recently opened a Physiotherapy clinic in Wynnum, Brisbane. I shopped around different wheat bag supply companies and talked to their supply departments. I decided that Physipak and Deborah would give me the best service and reliability. Thus far, I have not been disappointed. Deborah is always available for orders. She always returns phone messages. Deborah has been very helpful in advising me on marketing and advertising her product. After placing an order, I have come to expect quick dispatch. If there is to be any delay, Deborah calls to notify about the reason for and length of the delay.

The Physipak product, in my opinion is high quality and reasonably priced. Couple this with great sales and after sales service and you would be silly not to use Physipak. I have found the Physipak hot packs very popular with my clients. They are a great way to generate extra income.

I have been using Physi Pak wheat-filled hot packs for some months now. As A Manual Therapist doing almost exclusively hands-on treatments, I find the gentle heating offered by the Physi Pak units a great benefit prior to, or following application of techniques.

They've proved popular with patients as well, and sales have been going well.
